Made Vanilla and Chocolate whipped cream to start, and then started trying all kinds of flavors -

Even tried mint flavor (GROSS!)

Andr Baily’s Whipped Cream,

We made hot AND cold savory foams, (lobster foam!?)

cocktail foam (eeg whites!!?, airy sauces and mousses for main dishes,

And lots of desserts! Creme Brûlée, Cannoli filling, Tiramisu Mousse... and so on.
